What is the difference between a membership and credits?

What is the difference between stashing and downloading?

When you STASH a scene, it becomes part of your online account. The scene is store on the cloud and you will be able to watch the scene online forever. When you DOWNLOAD the scene it gets transferred to your computer, so you can watch the scene on any device offline. Please bear in mind that once you downloaded a scene, protecting the file from storage failure is your responsibility, so we strongly suggest you backup your downloaded files.

Check the "password problems" link at the footer of the website you are having problems with. If you still can't get your password, please CONTACT US (https://goldaccess.ladesk.com/submit_ticket) with as much information of your account as possible, such as username and the email address you used used to sign up, that will help us locate your account right away.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please bear in mind that only the recurring option of membership requires cancelling. One time payments, or credits purchases do not require cancellation.

To cancel your recurring membership, depending on the billing company you used when subscribed, select one the following:

You will need to enter at least 2 pieces of information in order to locate your membership. If you have problems locating your account, please submit a ticket and provide us as much information as you have of your account such as username and the email address you used used to sign up,  that will help us locate your account right away.

What do I need to be able to watch the site correctly?

To play the scenes you need to have a PC, Mac or Linux computer with any modern browser such as the latest Google Chrome (http://www.google.com/chrome), Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org) or Safari (http://www.apple.com/safari/) browsers. You can also enjoy our streaming scenes on any smartphone using Android, or Apple's iOS

I use a VPN to access your website, will I be able to watch or download the scenes?

It depends on the VPN. Currently we have many customers using VPN's in our websites, however please bear in mind a few things: - We can't provide support on issues with your VPN - Try to avoid switching IP's too often to prevent the system from blocking you

I have a membership, do I need credits on top to watch scenes?

Absolutely Not . Your membership allows you to watch all the scenes for as long as your membership is active. Credits are only required to download scenes or to Stash them in our cloud.

I have more than one user name

If you had old accounts, for your convenience we can consolidate all your user names and all its content (stashed scenes, favorites, downloads) into one. Please contact Customer Service (https://goldaccess.ladesk.com/submit_ticket) and we will be happy to assist you on this process.
