What can I do with Credits?

With credits you can download scenes or stash our scenes securely in our cloud When you use credits to download a movie, it resides on your computer's hard drive. You can also transfer them to any other device. You will be able to view this movie even when you do not have an internet connection and it will always be high quality. How do I download scenes?

  1. Log into the website where you have credits
  2. Then click on the Download button of the scene you want to download.
  3. You will get a confirmation screen, then press on the "Download Now" button.The download will start automatically.
  4. You can always check your downloaded scenes clicking on "My Account"

Will I still be able to use my credits if my account has expired?

Yes. The credits in your wallet have an independent duration. You are not required to have an active membership to use them. Stashed scenes will remain on your account to watch at any time, forever.

I lost my downloaded scenes, what do I do?

Keeping your downloads safe in a backup drive is your responsibility, as not always we can restore them all.
Please contact us and let us know:
  1. Your user name
  2. The Website you downloaded the scene(s) from.
  3. The scene(s) you lost.

Can I download videos using my phone or tablet?

On mobile devices you can't download scenes by default, but you can stream stashed scenes, or watch any scene using a membership. If you have credits, some devices will allow you to download scenes if you request the desktop version of the website, but since this is not supported by all devices we do not recommend it.

Can I Use a Download Manager to download your movies?

No. Our tests with downloaders show that it may corrupt or fail to download the movie If you have a program that manages your downloads, please disable it while downloading from our site. If its an AddOn, you may try installing a different browser that doesn't have the AddOn installed to download movies from our site.
